Insurance Assistance

Evaluations include a 2 to 3 hour testing period with the therapist and child (typically in a one-on-one environment), scoring of the evaluation, an extensive written report, and a one-hour parent conference in order to review the results for a total fee of $550 due on the evaluation day.

Policy Regarding Insurance Reimbursement

Learning In Motion is not part of any insurance program or network. By request, we will provide a super bill that includes all the insurance codes needed to seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier; however, we do not bill the insurance company directly. You can submit our super bill for a possible reimbursement from your insurance company as an “Out-Of-Network Provider.”

Please remember that payments are due at the time of receipt regardless of delays in reimbursement by insurance providers.

If any extra filing of insurance paperwork (beyond the scope of monthly super bills) is needed to help facilitate reimbursement for a patient, there will be a fee of $75 per hour. This includes submitting appeals on the patients behalf for denied claims.
